REFUND POLICY

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it without specifying a reason and without penalty, except for perishable products.

To return the product, you must contact customer service via WhatsApp or chat to let us know you have changed your mind.

Before proceeding with the return, you will receive a return authorization confirmation and instructions.
Once you receive confirmation of the return authorization, you can ship the product you wish to return to the following address:

You will be responsible for shipping costs, and you may choose your preferred courier.
Following confirmation from the manufacturer that the returned product is in perfect condition (undamaged), the full order amount will be refunded within 14 days. If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please note that products that by their nature cannot be returned or are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration cannot be returned.
We ask that you do not accept any goods that are damaged upon delivery and/or whose packaging has been torn and is therefore damaged. In these cases, you must promptly notify our customer service of your refusal, explaining the reasons. If the goods appear damaged upon opening the package, please provide documentation with photos and send an email to Nebuale Cosmetics.

In this case, all costs will be covered by us. We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to send a new shipment or replace only the damaged products.

REFUNDS

How will the refund be made?
Refunds will be made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed with cash on delivery, bank details will be requested for a refund via bank transfer.The store operates in the European Union, and all transactions, including those in foreign currency, are converted into euros after payment has been received.

When will the refund be processed?
The refund will be processed as soon as all the information necessary to evaluate the request has been received.

Please note: If you paid by credit card, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
